We thank our Lord and savior, Jesus Christ, for His faithfulness in bringing us together and for the blessing of being surrounded by so many wonderful people who have encouraged us throughout our journey. We are truly grateful that you will be part of this special occasion.

Our Wedding

Like many love stories these days, ours started with a swipe on an infamous online dating app. But what we didn't know was that God was already writing a story much bigger than either of us could imagine.One of the first things we bonded over? Our height! It's not every day you meet someone who understands the struggle of finding pants that are actually long enough or finding a dance partner tall enough to dance with. Beyond that, we quickly discovered we shared a love for God, music, dancing, and conversations that could last for hours.For our very first date, William suggested... tango dancing. Bold move, right? He confessed he'd never danced with a woman as tall as Candicee before, so we were both stepping into unfamiliar territory—literally! It could have been awkward, but instead it became one of the most memorable nights of our lives. Looking back, taking that chance was one of the best decisions we ever made.From there, our adventure together was just getting started. We've sailed around Boston Harbor, wandered through the Boston Public Garden, explored museums, enjoyed orchestra concerts, discovered new restaurants, traveled together, laughed until our stomachs hurt, and shared countless conversations about life, faith, family, and the future. Somewhere between all those dates, we realized we'd found our best friend.Then came June 24, 2026.During one of William's famous "Breakfast Patrol" morning runs after Candicee's long overnight shift (yes, that's really a thing!), he surprised Candicee with a proposal that neither of us will ever forget. Between the happy tears, excitement, and overwhelming joy, there was one thing we knew for certain—we had so much to thank God for.Looking back, we're amazed at how God brought two people together through an online dating app, a tango lesson, and a whole lot of laughter. It's proof that sometimes the best stories begin in the most unexpected ways.Now we can't wait to begin our greatest adventure yet—building a life together rooted in faith, filled with joy, a little dancing, plenty of laughter, and whatever adventures God has in store for us next.Thank you for being part of our story.
